We first used this company in 2024 after our bathroom and downstairs had water damage and the restore people we had come in recommended them. The first contractor they sent us, Austin was terrible! He never sounded like he knew what he was doing, always asking me how to do it for more technical things that he should have been giving me options for (transition pieces etc). After flooring being laid uneven and the bathtub leaking to the downstairs I called the front office and demanded him and the tile guy ever step foot in my house again. Corrine in the office was wonderful and she sent Zach who was also great! As long as Zach came out everything was done well. So we called them again earlier this year to re do our flooring downstairs. They sent Gary who was good to work with. More expensive than I was expecting but everything was done well. Later in the summer we had a water leak destroy half of the downstairs they had just redone. (Never buy a house from a DIY person!!!). After the restore people tore everything up we had Taylor come back out. This experience was AWFUL! Huge delays in time, poor communication (Gary had a medical emergency and Zach was out with a new baby). I think Corrinne finally just thought I complained too much or something as when I expressed understanding but displeasure she definitely didn’t go above and beyond this time! We tried using the same flooring and they tried laying it with two different thicknesses then telling us that’s what we asked for! Again Zach fixed everything when he was around, but one person shouldn’t determine if a whole company can be managed appropriately. You could tell he just had way too much on his plate without adequate workers. They never did fix the trim appropriately but I gave up trying. And we ended up canceling the hearth job because of how horribly everything no was going! They have a couple of really great employees, I wish they could have figured out how to manage the rest. We have used them three times and are done using the now!!
I waited a year before leaving this review to ensure THI’s work & warranty held up. In Sept 2024, THI replaced 100% of my exterior siding & window/door trim, upgrading our house with great products suggested by Adam. Their crew did an excellent job and were great with any follow up work I requested. I’m a DIY guy, hard to please, and RARELY hire work to be done on my house, but no regrets here! Adam was flexible with needed changes and the workmanship was great. Would definitely recommend to family & friends.
Recently reached out to Adam and his team regarding some drywall repair, touchup paint, and a bedroom paint. They were very thorough with their estimate, made sure we both understood the scope of work, and completed the work in a timely manner. Their quote was very fair and in line with other estimates. This is the second time I’ve used them and will definitely use them in the future.
Just had our new 8ft high custom front doors installed. Randy and his team were amazing. Doing this type of job really requires a talented crew. There were many challenges to this project. The Inside of the home and outside were done perfectly. We love our new front doors.
