Had Gene the handyman install my door and a few windows. Exceptional service. We had another company come and give us a quote and they said " whoever did your door did a great job". I never attempted a retrofit of windows before and sizing of my new windows was an issue .I went to see Jim at Clear View and he uncomplicated how to size up my order .The show room is not only a display but a teaching area as well .Jim was patient and professional with me and my windows were delivered as requested .The windows are now installed and they look fantastic .Thanks for everything .
I bought my windows and door here 9 years ago and the other day they provided me with a free new weather strip after it had shrunk. They stand behind their product and their attitude and service is "excellence", I wouldn't buy my windows or doors anywhere else!
The products are amazing and the service even better! We had to ask for help with a sash window we opened incorrectly so that it would not go back in place. We called and somebody came right away and fixed it. Didn't even charge as it was on his way home! Like I said ... their products are surpassed only by their service! Thank you!
