Also despite my previous attempts to resolve this, the situation has only worsened. It has now been nearly six months since I signed my contract on October 28, 2025, and I am out $8,500 with absolutely nothing to show for it.The most frustrating part isn't just the delay—it’s the total disregard for me as a customer. Since January, I have been given nothing but excuses, and now the company has resorted to completely ignoring my phone calls and messages.It is incredibly unprofessional to take a significant deposit in someone's home and then go silent. I am finished chasing for answers. If you are considering using this company, be warned: they are quick to take your money, but once they have it, you may never hear from them again.Current Status as of April 14:• Deposit Paid: $8,500• Wait Time: 168 days and counting• Communication: Non-existent/Ignoring all reach-outsI am still waiting for either a confirmed install date or a full refund. Until then, I will continue to update this review to reflect how they treat their customers.
