Review Update: April 14, 2026 STILL NO RESOLUTION / TOTAL DISREGARD I am posting this update today because, the other reviews on this page thar are good seem to be from other co workers from other area of clera. Also despite my previous attempts to resolve this, the situation has only worsened. It has now been nearly six months since I signed my contract on October 28, 2025, and I am out $8,500 with absolutely nothing to show for it. The most frustrating part isn't just the delay—it’s the total disregard for me as a customer. Since January, I have been given nothing but excuses, and now the company has resorted to completely ignoring my phone calls and messages. It is incredibly unprofessional to take a significant deposit in someone's home and then go silent. I am finished chasing for answers. If you are considering using this company, be warned: they are quick to take your money, but once they have it, you may never hear from them again. Current Status as of April 14: • Deposit Paid: $8,500 • Wait Time: 168 days and counting • Communication: Non-existent/Ignoring all reach-outs I am still waiting for either a confirmed install date or a full refund. Until then, I will continue to update this review to reflect how they treat their customers.

I know the owner Donnie personally and can confidently say he runs his business with integrity and professionalism. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Even without having purchased windows or doors myself, I’ve seen how much care and effort goes into helping customers make informed decisions. A solid, trustworthy local company.
