Although the new windows themselves are good, the whole process was atrocious. Would never deal with NNE again.1- When one of the old wood trims broke during install (understandable), they changed the trim to a new white casing. They however left the old brown trim on the adjoining window, which didn’t match and looked awful. Although my partner was home, he was never consulted, nor asked for a walk through prior to the crew leaving.2 - We paid for the windows with the condition that the casing be replaced and that they finish the exterior caulking on a 2-foot section they missed. They replied requesting $250 to return to site, then ignored our calls and emails for weeks. Finally they agreed to fix the work as if they were doing us a favor.3- Weeks later we were no-showed twice for the scheduled repairs, having taken time off work for nothing. Upon the 3rd attempt, the work was finally complete, leaving multiple scratches and grease stains on our walls, well outside the working area.4- We sent a final email with pictures, voicing our frustration with their lack of professionalism, communication and customer service in hopes of getting some sort of apology. Instead of offering any form of compensation for our troubles, they replied with this:“It has become increasingly clear that, regardless of the work performed, you were seeking post-completion discounts or compensation from the start. We do not and will not entertain such tactics. We fulfilled our contractual obligations in full and have shown good faith beyond what was required. Any further accusations or attempts to dispute payment or workmanship are completely unwarranted and will not be tolerated. We have already gone above and beyond and this matter is now closed.”Utterly disappointed in the business.

We just had two doors and a few windows installed last week. We are pleased with the end result. Claude and Brody were the installers and they were very pleasant, cleaned up any messes well and the work they did looked well done. Mike and the office staff were very pleasant as well. One thing very small issue that arose was the timing. When scheduling the install we scheduled for one day which in fact it was definitely a two day job. I did not know this until last minute, so I feel that the office, when booking days with their clients, should stipulate how many days the installers will be required to be there. This was a minor issue and ended up working itself out in the end. Overall, we would not hesitate to go to them again. Invoice #3678( the first photo is before, the other three are after)
