Window World has been an absolute pleasure to work with! Their team is professional, skilled, and delivers top-quality window installations with impressive speed and efficiency. Everything was done right the first time. We had the opportunity to work with Wills, and he was outstanding—knowledgeable, helpful, and truly great to work with. Highly recommend!
I had windows and doors replaced on my home approximately 3 years ago. A couple of months ago the threshold door sweep for one of my doors started to crack. I contacted Drew and she ordered a replacement and had it installed. All at no cost to me. It’s a great experience when a company stands behind their product both for the cost of the part and installation. I highly recommended this company for any door and window replacement you may be planning for in the future. Great job Window World.
We had a warranty issue with a slider that was installed 3 years ago with window world. I called and no questions asked, the replacement was ordered. Although it took 6 months to replace due to issues with the manufacturer, replacement ultimately was flawless. Once the door came in, Drew had taken over the warranty position. She was extremely communicative and on top of the customer service aspect which I hadn’t had previously. Very impressed with the ease of installation. Plugs were needed after the installation. Drew immediately ordered them and let me know as soon as they came in to have them installed as well. Such a pleasure to have someone do what they say they’re going to do and not have to make numerous phone calls to find out status. I truly appreciate her professionalism, kindness and promptness. Would definitely use window world again because of her.
Went with this company since it was located right around the corner and is national to get the siding replaced. Dealing with them was a chore for most of the job, had to pry info out of them to get an idea on the install schedule and other details.Once they finally got started it went OK , apart from the 2 1/2 days of banging on the house, the dumpster in my driveway on the first day that had to be moved out of the way so I could leave the house, and checking for stray nails. If there were small kids or pets in the house the noise would have been a large problem.Had to complain to get the crew to get their ladders and scaffolding cleared out after the work was done, and it took another month to get the last of the small jobs finished once the main work was completed.Sustained some small damage to one of the pieces after the job was done. According to WW, the solution was to buy another box of siding since there was no material leftover from the work and no way to repair the divot.Found a repair kit (plus a little paint) on line for $11 that will do the job.The main issue here is communication, it got better at the end but up until then it was a problem. I'm not expecting any after purchase support if the repair issue is any indication.Time will tell if the workmanship is any good, the siding is supposed to be good for a lot of wind "if properly installed", but paraphrasing the salesman, if anything flies off during the next hurricane, call the insurance company, not us. The level of customer service is poor, which unfortunately is fairly common these days.I will do no further business with this group.
I just had my entry door installed and I couldn’t be happier. From the beginning Brad was instrumental in helping us choose the right door. He was very thorough in explaining the different kinds of doors, colors, finishes, and types of decorative glasses as well. The whole ordering process went very smoothly and the price was also great. As usual Welington’s crew did an amazing job with the installation. They were very friendly and respectful of my property.I recommend Window World of the Lowcountry 100% and look forward to doing more business with them again.
