I recently purchased a 16’ Grand Bifold door from Panda Doors & I dealt with Cassie who was super awesome & very informative. She walked me through the complete ordering process & got all the specs for fitment right on the money without any hiccups. I’m so happy Cassie is the one who helped me, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, so kudos to Cassie for her awesome customer service & knowledge with her products. The doors are amazing, & look much better than I imagined.
The windows are top quality, have great U-value for energy efficiency (they beat equivalent products from other vendors), are all tempered with aluminum frames (great for fire resistance), and have an elegant and modern look.Our windows matched all the specs from the approved drawings and arrived on site at the promised date (within 12 weeks of approved drawings).The service was the best we received (we evaluated 5 vendors for this 40 window package RFP). The team (Efrain and Trevor) were prompt to reply to all communications and made the process a breeze. We deeply appreciated their professionalism and having our best interest in mind. They offered us a Panda Select door that met all our criteria and was at a lower price than the one we had originally selected.They also welcomed us at their factory where Jorge gave us a thorough and patient explanation of the installation process.We also interacted with their accounting department for a small correction needed in our final invoice. They clarified the issue with the project manager and the issue was corrected within minutes.Panda has been one of our favorite partners for this high-end residential project. They have earned their place as our preferred vendor for windows and doors from now on!
Panda Windows is an awesome company! Their bifold and sliding door systems provide maximum sightlines and excellent operation. Also, Spencer was a pleasure to work with! I will be using them again on future design projects.
I ordered 2 sets of the aluminum accordion style doors. Each one was 14 foot wide by 10 foot in height. I will say I was impressed. First I priced 3 different manufacturers , found Panda to be the best option. I was a little nervous because none of these are cheap, however I was impressed from the start. They shipped across the country, very well packed. They were even packed in sequence as assembly would required. Everything well thought out on Panda's end. Having said that the only problem was no instructions. I had already done a online video search , not much there. I will say I am a well seasoned carpenter by trade. Very knowledgeable on commercial doors and hardware. We installed the first door in 7 hours, the second door in 4 hours. All with a 3 man crew. All jambs, head and sills pre-cut to length. The weather stripping, seals, general hardware, all top notch. The function smooth and flawless. My suggestions would be for Panda to post some installation videos online for those with less experience in these products. Also we had glass suction cups to handle the panels, highly recommend these for install.
