We had an amazing experience working with Daryl from Windows and More! After seeing the incredible job they did on our neighbor’s house, we had to make the call and wow, they delivered.Daryl was so easy to work with and totally on top of everything. She walked us through the whole process, kept it smooth, and made it feel effortless. Super knowledgeable, super responsive, and just an all around great person to talk to.
Daryl provides professional service and is available when needed. We’ve attempted to use Windows and More on multiple occasions and the quality of work is steadily declining. From installing siding without a moisture barrier to faulty awning installation. My most recent concern is the response from the new owner, Danny, considering this awning work to be of standard workmanship and quality. One example of several presented to him. BEWARE of future dealings with Windows and More, Cabot, and/or Hot Springs Awning.
I had vinyl siding installed on an 800 square foot guest house. Daryl Stanley managed the project from start to finish and everything was perfect. Everything was completely with a high attention to detail and in a timely manner. She answered all my questions and her crew was amazing. I will definitely use them again for additional projects.
Windows and More has been an exceptional company to work with. We had a unique situation with leaking windows and contacted several companies for quotes and opinions. Madison, our sales rep, came in and gave us a fair price on quality windows. She was able to walk us through our options and answered every question we had. Their Provia windows look very nice and have a good warranty and were custom made for our unique window shapes. The installation crew was top notch and answered all questions that came up. They cleaned up after themselves and went above and beyond. The whole experience was about as painless as it could be. Thanks to everyone involved for making a bad situation turn out great. Definitely recommend working with Windows and More if you are in the market for new windows in central Arkansas.
Daryl was absolutely wonderful. She came and met with me and explained everything with great detail. She made sure I knew about all my options and what the best one would be for me when it came to my windows and door. She is very knowledgeable on the products that they offer and made sure I was not going to pay for something that wasn't necessary. She did not apply any high pressure for me to purchase "right then". I highly recommend her if you need any home exterior project done.
