I'll start by saying I don't normally write reviews, but in this case we were so delighted with our new windows and patio doors that I wanted to share some gratitude with the team and hopefully help out anybody else looking for new windows on the North Shore!At first we were slightly put off by having to send window photos and measurements for the initial quote. However, having done so I'm really glad we did. It made communication of requirements much easier, gave confidence that the quote was accurate and provided some great before and after shots! Kelly was great throughout, with helpful advice on the best products to meet our thermal and noise reduction goals as well as the information required for rebates.We reached out for a quote on 9 November 2023 and the project was completed on 21 December 2023. We had 9 windows and a set of french doors installed which took 6 days total.Wesley and Louis were great. They went above and beyond in terms of not just installing the windows but also doing an amazing job of the trim, which has made a significant (and totally unexpected) improvement to the look of the whole house. Their overall attention to detail was exemplorary.The guys were on site every day, fun to chat with, and approached the work in a way that was both minimally disruptive and efficient. There was never a time when multiple windows were out at once, and each area was thoroughly cleaned before moving on. We barely had to touch anything afterwards and didn't find any deficiencies, not even a 'holding nail' left behind!Two months later and all is well - no surprises there… We’re loving our new windows and doors, and looking forward to a brighter summer!In summary, I highly recommend North Shore Windows. We are now going to get our front door replaced as well, and there's only one team we trust to do so.Thanks again and all the best for 2024!

From start to finish, everything was done professionally, in the allotted time frame and with no impact at all to our daily routine.From Johnathan, our first point of contact, to Kelly in the office & to the exceptional crew, the communication was excellent & it was a seamless transition from old to top quality, new windows. They walked us through the process and helpful suggestions were made.We had 32 windows replaced, as well as a new French door and every one was measured perfectly. The installation work of these Milgard Windows, by Luke, Loiis & Wesley was thorough, respectful & courteous. At the end of each work day, the cleanup by the crew was neat & orderly.We would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in new windows
