I lived here for almost three years, and overall it was a positive experience. I especially want to thank Angel, Bruce, and the maintenance team — they did an amazing job and were always helpful and responsive. At the beginning, communication with the previous management was challenging, but after the change in administration, I noticed a clear improvement. One of the main reasons I chose this community was because it is pet-friendly. The dog park was a great space for my dog and helped create a sense of community. The location is also very convenient, close to supermarkets, the highway, and downtown. Overall, it was a good place to live.

The leasing team, especially Erin, was always professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. Any questions or maintenance needs were taken care of quickly, which gave real peace of mind. The location is another big advantage — close to downtown Northampton, local shops, walking trails, and with easy access to major routes. It’s ideal for those who want both accessibility and a calm, suburban setting. The townhomes themselves are spacious, with smart layouts, lots of natural light, and private entrances — it really felt like living in a house, not just a rental. After a recent visit to see some old friends I noticed the beautiful new windows being installed! After more than a decade here, I can confidently say Hathaway Farms is a fantastic place to live — especially if you're looking for a pet-friendly, peaceful community with great support and location.
