I was very pleased with the service at the King St Northampton Safelite. I witnessed the manager taking good care of his employees (checking in with them, ensuring they were taking lunch breaks), and he kept the work flow moving. I was in and out in less time than expected, received good, professional service, and there was a “good vibe” in the shop.
Had an issue with the warehouse not delivering my windshield, so when I showed up for my first appointment I had to reschedule. But the shop handled it great and we’re apologetic for my wasted time. They accommodated me easily and completed the service quickly.
The service was very fast and professional. Mark, who went over the details at the end was very kind and explained everything to me. Hopefully it won’t happen but if I do need a windshield repair in the future this is where I’ll be going.
Got my windshield replaced and able to get an appt in a few days. Easy check in and easy service - took one hour for a Saturday afternoon. Shoutout to Marc for his help! They even vacuumed the mats, and was very satisfied upon leaving. Thanks again!
