Brandon and his team were excellent to work with. They made the process of getting a new roof installed as well as approved super easy. While they were there, I also inquired about getting new siding for my home. They were straight forward with their pricing and super affordable. Responding to you:Your statement is simply not accurate. I have, in fact, sent multiple emails reporting the issues with the siding, and the only response I have received is right here, publicly. Please refer to the attached images showing the siding already falling apart around the window — just three months after installation.Within three days of your initial repair, the entire strip above the garage fell down. That was only addressed after I emailed you with photos. I also specifically requested an inspection then to ensure the work was done properly, yet the results speak for themselves. If the siding had truly been installed correctly, I would not be facing repeated failures in such a short period.I am Requesting an immediate call back for repairs so I can have an expectation of when can I expect my siding to be repaired?PS. I am also still waiting on my mechanical lien?First review: I hired Eagle Revolution to repair my siding, and the experience has been nothing short of awful. It’s been less than three months since the work was done, and pieces of siding are already falling off in multiple places. It was clearly never installed properly.On top of that, their customer service is terrible — they never answer the phone or return calls. The workmanship is sloppy, the service is unprofessional, and the follow-up is nonexistent.?? Save yourself the headache — do NOT use this company.
