******$225.00 HIGHER THAN SAFELITE*******If you think they are going to clean any broken glass up inside the vehicle, they don’t. After calling and speaking to Sherry about this issue she said that’s why you should bring it into the shop. If you want you can bring it in Monday, it’s Friday, then said it has to be by 1pm because no one is there after that.I also made the mistake of setting the appointment up then checking safelite pricing. Safelite was 225$ cheaper. My appointment was for 1pm, I was going to call to cancel but the tech called and said he was on his way at 8am, which don’t get me wrong, that’s good prompt service, but again the appointment at 1pm. I told them how much higher they were than Safelite, asked if they could meet me 1/2 on the difference and she said absolutely not.I’d give zero stars but you have to select 1EDIT!!!! I don’t know how to reply to your response, but the speaker box is still in the same spot. It’s in the pictures, you can see the corner of the speaker box in the lower corners of the pictures. Thank you for confirming you and your installers are liars. You have my number and could have reached out directly like I tried to before getting the attitude from Sherry.Again thanks for pointing out to everyone on Google that your techs lied to you, and you chose to come on here and bash your customer.FYI, they left a bolt out, too. They also left the clips out of the hatch so the whole thing came loose on the highway. Pics and vids to follow?? needs to change the name from Spectrum auto glass to Rectum auto glass, since they do crappy work
They were very fast and friendly. I will definitely be referring friends and family here instead of safelite. I am bringing my car back to get other things done too. I went back and had tinting done and I love it!
I highly recommend Spectrum Glass. They got me in immediately. Tiffany even delayed her lunch to fix the chips in my windshield. Amazing customer service.
It’s been 18 months and the tint on my windows still look brand new. No bubbling and no scratches. I’ve had no issues. In addition, I had my front windshield replaced and whatever brand I bought is amazing. I’ve driven from Midwest to Florida and back on Midwest roads with rocks flying into my windshield without any small cracks. One rock hit so hard I thought my whole window would crack and it didn’t do any damage. I continue to be so happy and pleased.
We chose Spectrum glass after receiving several quotes to repair a broken attic window. There were a few hiccups in the road for ordering the window and install. I say this in my 5 star review, to be able to add, the owner himself followed up with me to insure they could do better the next round. Top tier work, along with top tier customer service. You have gained a lifelong customer for our glass needs ??
