Greg gave us a quick quote and immediately ordered the replacement, stating it would take 4-6 weeks for it to arrive. When it came in, Kevin contacted us and scheduled the repair for the next afternoon. The repair took less than a half-hour, and Kevin was helpful and professional throughout.
