My dealerships normal tint shop they use wasn’t available due to the holidays, so they went with this shop. I had tints installed all the way around. I asked for 20% in the back and 30% in the front. I get the car back and they made the backs 5%, fronts 30%. The transition looked awful. The installation looked very sloppy (the tint did not go all the way down and did not cover the entire window at the bottom because of how sloppy and uneven they cut the tint film. Despite this i went back to them to change the fronts to 20% (i went back to them so the tints would match). I paid them to remove the tint they installed the week before and to reapply the new tint (they offered no discounts or nothing). Anyway, I brought up my concerns about the tint and showed them and asked if they could do a professional neat installation this time around. They did not. When you look at my window from the inside you can see scratches on my tint film. This was very upsetting because I was going to go back and complain, but they scratched my car while re-installing the tint (the second time), so i jus didn’t want them doing further damage to my brand new vehicle. Plus i have a lot in life going on i just lost my dad and the same day i lost him my car was totaled. So, this is a brand new 2026 vehicle. I shared this with them. I have had tint installed many times on different cars and never had any issues. The Tint installation always looked great. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you want a professional installation. If your ok with the tint looking like you did it yourself with the film being scratched and them scratching your car then go with them.Side note: The only positive thing i can say is the man who sits in the front to the left was very kind. He may be the owner. The the lady in there not so much. She was dismissive of my concerns even though i showed her and she could see with her own two eyes.
I had an alarm with a remote starter installed for two cars and they did a great job. I would recommend anyone to this establishment. They are family oriented and great people. I have never experienced customer this great in my lifetime. I will always support them with all of my automobiles.

Beautiful job on the spray in bed liner for my 2024 Chevrolet C71 and with a lifetime warranty!! I also had Total Customs install a Chrome bug shield and chrome rain guards on the front and rear windows. Excellent job from start to finish with great personnel. Would definitely purchase any additional items in the future from Total Customs.
