Our Glass top patio table had been broken in a wind storm. We contacted SF Atlas Glass and spoke with Benedict. Explained that we needed the glass table top replaced. We took the table frame to their office and Benedict took measurements. He gave us a call the same day with a cost quote down to the dollar. He advised us that we would have the table back in about a week. As scheduled he contacted us in a week and we drove over and picked up the completed table top. We thought the price was very reasonable. Benedict was very professional and a PLEASURE to do business with. We would highly recommend them for any of your glass projects. WE would not hesitate to use them again!!

After reading their reviews, I arrived at SF Atlas Glass to schedule an appointment for a client. Both men (Benedict and an elder man) seated themselves on both sides of the desk and neither offered a place for me to sit. It was a shock because I'm not only a woman, but a potential customer. I've never walked into an establishment where the customer can't sit, but the employee can. I should've taken that as a sign that something was off. I explained that my client needs outside railing and a custom mirror. I scheduled the appointment according to my clients busy schedule. SF Atlas Glass never showed up! It was an embarrassment to me because it made me seem irresponsible and unprofessional. Based on the reviews, I should've never had this experience. So I'm just going to assume there was some type of prejudice as to why these issues occurred.

This business is a pleasure to deal with. They are extremely responsive and communicative. They made my ancient sliding glass door healthy again. No more screeching. Easy sliding. I should have called them ages ago. When the time comes that the door does need replacing, I will only call SF Atlas Glass. Thank you!

AKA Auto Glass Guy. I think there might be two companies at the same location????? At any rate my receipt says Auto Glass Guy. FABULOUS experience. Someone broke into our truck and did so much damage the insurance company totalled it. Not only did they fix our window, cleaned up all of the glass etc... they also put the dash back together. Yes the radio is still gone! But we were very encouraged to see it looking like a vehicle again. Ran it through the wash and decided to keep our salvaged truck. Oh and they matched the price of a competitor without hassle. Will 100% go back.

SF Atlas Glass has been a professional company from the get go. I actually Googled a glass company in the SF area and the owner made contact with me within 30 minutes of me submitting an on-line form and a blind estimate for the job. The next so called response bidder made a contact attempt ( voice mail ) 3 days later. In my book, early bird gets the worm.Shortly after Benedict from SF Atlas Glass called me and promised an estimator to come out the next day for an evaluation, I felt at ease and comfortable even though there were no significant reviews found anywhere on YELP or Diamond Certified or Angie's List web-sites and such. Not that I require any validation from paid on-line research sites anyway, but when you walk in blind in to a job its re-assuring to know that the company that's coming inside your sanctuary and home surrounded by your children and loved ones are safe and secure from foreign intruders and invaders. In retrospect,I would trust these guys to watch my first born for the week-end. Rest assured these folks are vetted and licensed and passed thorough background checks. The technicians that came to my home were professional and showed up on time and measured twice and cut once. When the windows arrived 3 days later they were fitted and doubled pained as contracted. however, during the install, one of the new windows cracked and we had to delay the install due to in-climate weather and re-ordering of the new windows which would eventually fit perfectly a week later. in conclusion, their service, price, disclosure and professionalism and privacy concerns were met and all expectations were exceeded beyond our wildest dreams. I have nothing but praises and I have only 3 words to communicate to anyone contemplating hiring a replacement indow company in te Bay Area: " HIRE THEM IMMEDIATELY!"
