Unfortunately the customer service here is very poor. Barb, the office manager fails to respond to emails. I sent two emails asking for an adjusted quote and even called the person who visited and let them know that Barb was not responding to my emails. Treating customers like this will definitely lose revenue at a time when small business revenue is so important. I would highly recommend you search elsewhere for your windows

Trying to get people to bid on a 1 window job was a pane (get it?) until I contacted Jim Ford at the Window Specialists. He called back right away and made an appointment at our convenience the next day. Not only did he NOT try to sell me the new window I thought I needed, but gave me a reference to someone who could replace a pane of glass without replacing the entire window. Amazing service. Will be calling him for our next big job.

The Window Specialists gave me excellent service and the installers did a fantastic job. The whole process from quote to finish was made very easy by Keith Perry, owner of the company. Very knowledgeable, very nice guy.

Now I have fabulous new windows! Energy efficient - MUCH cooler in the summer, warmer in the winter - and so quiet!

When I bought my home 20 years ago, it had the original single pane windows. The frames no longer closed tightly and air leaked in. I didn't have the money to afford new windows. I had one cracked window that had to be replaced immediately.

As a professional property manager I have had many opportunities to work with window vendors and The Window Specialists are the BEST. I have always experienced prompt service, competitive pricing, and high-quality windows in the jobs I've hired them to complete for me.

I have a number of buildings on which they completed full window and patio door replacement projects nearly 20 years ago. They continue to service these windows and doors reliably on the rare occasions that they need work, typically because of tenant abuse or an accident.
