We have just had a significant number of windows replaced at our home. We couldn't be happier with the entire process. It’s not our first experience at this home with replacing windows with Pella either. However this job was definitely the biggest and most involved. We had 16 older worn out wood sliding windows replaced with beautiful fibreglass framed windows - both fixed picture windows and casement style operating windows. Everyone involved was exceptional. The showroom in Oakville is beautiful and welcoming and definitely worth visiting. Our initial in-home contact was with Stuart who was expert at guiding us through the selection process and explaining how to get the best value from this major renovation. Pella provided detailed artwork depicting what the new windows would look like as we were changing the style and layout of the windows significantly. Stuart came to the measuring appointment as well as during the installation. The measurer Andrew was impressive and extremely experienced at installation. Andrew asked many detailed questions ensuring there would be no surprises at installation. And finally the install team of Yarema, Andre & Oleg were incredibly polite, considerate, clean, organized and extremely hard working! Our old windows were removed quickly and ‘surgically’ and the new windows look absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful trim inside and clean capping and caulking outside. I was concerned about taking this project on in winter but the products used (polyurethane foam insulation and silicone caulking) were specifically designed for curing properly in cold weather (down to -25oC!). All in all we have no hesitation whatsoever at recommending your next window or door replacement project be with this fantastic team at Pella! Our only regret is that we didn’t do this before now!

No high pressure sales tactics just honest information and advice. I had quotes from few window companies including Pella. Based on price and quality, I selected Pella. That was one of the best decision I made for my house. I replaced all my widows including front door. My living room has bay windows, one of the bedroom windows was changed to a wall to wall window. The outlook of my house has changed to a contemporary house. Mr, Stuart Husbands worked with me on this project. He is very professional and easy to work with. Mr. Richard, who installed the windows and door is an expert and one can see the level of professionalism in his work. Being an IT contractor for last 20 years, I can tell the difference between a good experienced contractor vs an average one. Service guys who installed the complex door handle were wonderful.

I visited the Oakville showroom with my clients as they explored different brands for their window purchase. Judy was incredibly helpful and took us through all of the great options that Pella had to offer. The clients truly appreciated the transparency and education around the product selection and left feeling like they could make an informed decision.

My neighbours had Pella install their windows. So I too called. Good salesperson. A bit inexperienced considering our weather conditions. Polite. Order in. The INSTALLATION was a nightmare. The crew that arrived were rude, belligerent, sloppy and damaged by hardwood floors, ripped out chunks of drywall, destroyed the existing wiring of the alarm system despite my alerting them. It was impossible to reach anyone at head office. The crew was incompetent. After they finished I noticed window install not aligned and blast of cold air coming in at various points from several windows. Very bad experience. No one from Head Office responded to calls or messages. This lack of response or help was the most abhorrent on top of an incompetent crew I found out later that crew had been fired in the past. After months a man was sent to repair all that damage. It took him weeks. He was appalled at the extent of drywall damage. And scratched frames. Finally completed. Fed up and do not recommend this company. The cost of replacing the Alarm system was never even partially compensated.
