Very disappointed said they would meet at their shop in 30 minutes and the POS ghosted me so I wasted hour and a half i do not recommend this company very unprofessional
It was like pulling teeth to find someone who could custom cut a pane of glass, on a Saturday nonetheless. But even though it says they’re closed on Saturday, he met me at his shop and had my pane, with two curved edges, cut in like thirty minutes. Thanks for the high quality work and service.
Great service from Mark and George. I had a previously repaired windshield crack that was spreading so icalled them to see if it would be able to be repaired and they met with me right away. They were able to get the job done very quickly besides being very busy that day, and were very professional. Will no longer be calling on the guys standing on street corners. They will be my fist call for any future glass repairs
Amazing customer service! They were able to come out and measure our window for our childcare facility and complete the project in a timely manner. We had other places come take a look at it and never return. Awesome company. Highly recommended !
I'm pretty impressed with this company. After calliing 2 places that put me on a 4-6 week waiting list I placed a call to IGR. They were at my business within a couple of hours and had the issue with my front door, glass fixed within minutes. Awesome customer service. Awesome job.
