Factory rep was very knowledgeable about the product and installation. He tried to balance needs and what worked best for the project. I never felt pressured to buy something that I didn't want. He advised on what could save me money on the project. I was very satisfied and would recommend them.
Crystal Cole
I met with Jason Trammel about a sunroom and he was amazing. He patiently walked me through everything and really listened to my questions and made no pressure suggestions to help me design the sunroom I have always wanted. Thanks so much Jason!
Dan Carroll
Arrived promptly, was knowledgeable about the product, listened to our concerns and offered suggestions. Very friendly and communicative. Understood our limitations and needs regarding
mobility and helped us work through solutions to our issues. Very helpful in designing our desire to make our covered patio a 3 season sunroom.

Our meeting with Champion Windows today went exceptionally well. Austin Alefs, our representative, answered all our questions and presented us with options and solutions that perfectly suited our needs. Throughout the conversation, we never felt pressured to make a purchase or commit to anything. Austin was friendly, professional, and straightforward about the services Champion offered. He was well-informed about their own product line and their competitors, including Window World, Renewal by Andersen, and Pella. Austin was able to explain the pros and cons of each option in detail. We were impressed by the smooth flow of the meeting and were very satisfied with the quote we ultimately accepted. We’re looking forward to our new Champion windows!
Wayne Hamilton
Jason came to our home to give us a bid on a new sunroom. He was incredible. Very helpful with our questions and spent a great deal of time explaining everything about the project. Unfortunately, when we learned that Champion requires 90% of their money up front before any work is actually done, we thanked Jason and sent him on his way. Jason was great! Champion was unreasonable!
