Haywood the installer did a remarkable job installing my 2 front windows. After he finished he showed me how the windows worked & asked if there were any ?s.. Brian, y’all have a great installer. This is the 2nd time I’ve used Thermal Windows & I will be using them again. Thank you so much…??

We purchased replacement windows from Thermal Windows and we are so happy with them! Their showroom is wonderful to see all the options in person, their staff is very helpful, and their prices are extremely competitive! We got 11 custom windows with the color and specs we really wanted but couldn’t get with vinyl windows. Not only are these windows beautiful, they are of incredible quality. Working with Thermal Windows meant we didn’t have to compromise on the design or quality of this investment. 100% recommend!

Thermal Windows replaced the windows in my wife's sitting room a few years back and did a great job. So I called them again in January to set up replacement of four additional windows. The windows were installed yesterday, and I could not be more pleased with the result. The windows are excellent quality with superior double locking systems and look great. The installation, performed by two very polite and personable young men, was done quickly and efficiently with a thorough cleanup before leaving. I'm really glad I called Thermal again. If I need any additional windows or doors in the future, Thermal will be my only call. Thank you!

We had 9 beautiful windows installed in February of 2023, we couldn't be happier, we had 1 installer and he was fantastic, we were very impressed considering a few of our windows were pretty large. He did an amazing job with the clean up and caulking, he was done in a day. The sound reduction was an unexpected bonus! Also I can't be sure, but I think there is a slight tint to them as well. The process went smoothly from start to finish. We will absolutely recommend this company, and couldn't be happier with our decision.

Our windows from Thermal Windows of Bethany were installed last week. They are beautiful windows and we couldn't be more pleased with the appearance and quality. The installation was careful, and the guys cleaned up really well. As I watched the team install the windows, I realized that they were working slowly and carefully, and it dawned on me that this is a company that from ownership and management on down is careful to do quality work and to take the time necessary to get everything right the first time. The guys spent four days installing windows in our entire house, and it made me feel really good to realize that there was no pressure from headquarters to get the job done fast and to get on to the next one.The windows look beautiful from the exterior, and from the interior they look great, and feel extremely strong. My house feels like a fortress now! We highly recommend this company.
