Deals in bad faith. He negotiated a trailer with me and even used his business to back up his word, and turned around and sold it to someone else. All I can say is, if he would have told me no holds I would have gone that very moment, but he told me he could wait until Sunday. I just had to say this specially because he sent me his business info and stated that he has a good name in the area. And I can provide all the messages specially because they are claiming I am not a customer, once again lying. His word isn’t worth more than a penny. Sad to see that now in days people have no values. I have proof, and I will never roll over for someone who can’t keep their word. Like I said, I didn’t do business with his company, but he backed his word on selling me his trailer and the condition of it with his business, and I took him up on it.
Nick, the owner of Home Town Exteriors, is truly one of rhe kindest people I've met. He is professional, responsive & knowledgeable. We have some siding work we will have done next year because we found the roof needed replaced first so Nick sent Jesse out to help. Jesse was so easy to work with, got us schedule as soon as we could and worker was done on time and well! Jesse really took the pain out of process by taking on the correspondence with out insurance company (as much as possible). It truly has been as low stress of a home project as we have experienced. Highly recommend and can't wait to use them again for our next projects!
We would highly recommend Nick and Home Town Exteriors. His team of installers did a professional roof replacement and also replaced a covering over our patio. They cleaned up very well and WOULD definitely use them again ??????
Working with Home Town Exteriors was an absolute joy! Nick is very hands-on from start to finish, explaining everything clearly and going over siding options. I never felt he was "upselling" on anything.There are a couple of seemingly little things that made this company so great to work with, both of which fall under basic courtesy--something the other companies I talked to lacked. Nick arrived about 10 minutes early for our first meeting (per my Ring cam), and he didn't knock on my door until our meeting time! I was working until our planned time, and this was just a really nice thing to do. He also never made me feel like I *had* to talk on the phone (though we did a couple of times). This was great for a number of reasons, from preferring to get high-cost things in writing to simply not enjoying talking on the phone!My "toxic trait" is that I am a bit too much of a planner, meaning I tend to be very proactive about upcoming work dates and such. I know this bugs some people I hire, but I never felt that way from Nick.The crew worked incredibly quickly. Everything I found said the work could take as much as 2x as long as it did! I didn't have a huge job, but I have a feeling a couple of things were unnecessarily complicated (though they never said as much) because of the quality of the original work.Overall, if and when I need services they offer again, they'll be the first people I call.
They did an excellent job. Whole roof needed replaced and they worked quickly and politely. Really happy with their responsiveness and honesty every step of the way. Would highly recommend working with Nick and the team!
