From the beginning of my conversations with this company, you could tell that it’s a franchise and very corporate. The scripts they use seemed forced. From the initial person that I spoke to, and then the eventual point person. They were both very nice. They were both very professional. But the process was very forced and corporate. I myself have my own business, and I understand the importance subscripts. But I felt like it was such a cookie-cutter process. It wasn’t about me explaining my situation. It was more about them gathering information. How I found out about them, and regardless of what my response was, their reply was a scripted formal fluffy answer, even if I had nothing to do with what I was talking about. And they committed to a timeline and then I had to call back four times after and was continually promised that the guy was running around the corner and only a few minutes away. Eventually, the guy showed up after I actually canceled the appointment and the quote was significantly more than I ever paid for the originally installation. I’m sure the people are very nice, but my experience was Not very good.
