As the installers left the house and closed the doors, we could feel the difference. We are in love with our new doors, what an upgrade in look and the house temperature is already improved. They have quality products and a great selection. Professional installers, a great support staff and terrific sales team. We couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommend.

About four months ago, I came home from work on a Friday afternoon and discovered that the large outer pane of my patio sliding door had shattered into tiny pieces. That was the beginning of my long journey to find the right company to replace it. I scheduled seven appointments with different companies, each offering different products and prices.

Ray W., the Product Specialist from The Man with the Tool, gave me the most detailed and impressive presentation—almost two hours long. After speaking with him, I felt like I finally understood everything about patio sliding doors. I wanted to go with this company, but the price was higher than I expected. They asked what price I hoped for, worked with me, and made it possible. It was still a significant investment, but a reasonable one, so I signed the contract.

From the moment I signed until installation day, the communication was excellent. I regularly received helpful updates from the owner, John K., explaining their process and the next steps, which I truly appreciated.

Today, Luan and Miky arrived to install the new door. They were professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. The result is beautiful, and I now have a real lifetime warranty on both the product and the labor.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the guys that came to install my windows. Alvin, Bill, Luis, and Mikey were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They came in and started to work immediately. They took the time to answer questions during the process and in the end I am nothing but happy with the outcome.
