The entire process was seamless. Brenda came out and did our bid, returning it to us quicker than originally estimated. Scott did a great job keeping in touch with us the entire time and was responsive when I reached out. The crew who installed my siding was professional and did a wonderful job installing and cleaning up. We did have to wait for the painters due to the weather but as soon as we got a break they were here and got the job done. I would recommend Eagle Creek for a job well done.
They mis-installed a piece of trim over my front porch which has led to a rot issue. The trim actually acts like a gutter funneling rain water into a decorative post. They have declined to remedy the issue stating their warranty is only for 1 year. The issue with rot in this case is that it takes years to show and the issue was hidden and not easy to spot. Jeff initially agreed to come out to review the issue and for a “quote” to repair the issue caused by their negligence but by the end of the conversation they declined to come out and even look at the issue. I will upload a more detailed photos when I tear down the rotted out post. This appears to me to possibly be a building code violation that Eagle Creek refuses to even come take a look at. Would not recommend. Find a company that stands behind and corrects their mistakes. In response to your reply. This is not a maintenance or wear or tear issue. Your company installed a piece that is meant to go over garages with open ends over a porch with closed ends. This resulted in water being funneled into a post causing it to rot out. This was not easy to spot and took time to figure out why the issue was occurring. I think that you guys blaming it on wear and tear without even inspecting the issue speaks volumes to the lack of integrity your company has.So for potential customers, if you want the installation to be done right, for a job that stands the test of time and a company that stands behind their work and fixes their mistakes outside of their warranty period I would recommend looking elsewhere as this is not that company in my experience.
We couldn't be more pleased with the job that Eagle Creek Siding did for us. We began this process with sales representative Brenda Houston, who was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and genuine in our conversations with her, unlike some of the sales reps from other companies we consulted. She patiently supported our every request for information and provided helpful guidance on the many details we needed to consider. Her bid was the lowest we got from three different companies and we feel the service we ended up with was superior in terms of the end product and the process. Project superintendent Scott Armstrong was delightful to work with. He is clearly very experienced, he notices every little detail that needs attention in making decisions, in making preparations, in coordinating everything, and in addressing our questions. We felt very lucky to have him as our go-to person on this big job. He was always ready and more than willing to help in multiple ways. The person who prepped and sided our house was Mr. Jin, of Jin's Construction. He is a master craftsman and a perfectionist. We are in awe of his skill and attention to detail. The garage looks 100 percent better, too, thanks to the excellent paint job by Aguas Exteriors. We are also very happy with the new gutters installed as the final step in this process. This was a big investment in our home, so it was extremely important to make the right choice of siding companies. We are so happy to have chosen Eagle Creek Siding.
I am pleased with the new windows and the quality of the work done. I chose some custom windows that were different than the original windows. So there was some siding work that needed to be done too. Scott walked me through what needed to be done. Also the new design added to the houses curb appeal by adding some custom siding in the front. They left my house neat and clean after every work day. Looks great and I would be happy to work with Scott and Eagle Creek Siding for any other home projects.
I hired this company in a short notice situation in the fall for window and siding replacement + painting on an older home. I had a really positive experience working with the entire team. Brenda, Scott and Shelley were all very professional, responsive, and the work was high quality and pricing was reasonable. I had a lot of questions and they were all helpful and followed up in a timely manner. I had rotted walls and some more delicate repairs and they followed through on making things right. Would definitely recommend them to customers that aren’t as knowledgeable for walking through the process. Subcontractor Rigo was excellent and the painting work was meticulous. Very pleased all around.
