RROC Exteriors initially contacted me via text saying my home “qualified” for before-and-after photos, that they’d provide a free quote, and that I would receive a discount for participating.They came out and spent about 1.5 hours at my house preparing a quote. When I received the estimate, I was honestly shocked at the price. I work in the trades and confirmed with a friend that it was significantly higher than expected for the scope of work.After presenting the quote, the salesperson called his boss to see if they could adjust the price. I was then told they were “over the before/after amount” and technically couldn’t offer the original 25% discount — but would “honor it because it was the last day.” I was also told that if I didn’t move forward that day, the discount would drop to 10%.It felt like a high-pressure, same-day decision tactic, especially considering they were the ones who initiated contact. That approach made me uncomfortable.I did not move forward with the project, so I cannot speak to the quality of their work. They may very well do excellent work at the price they charge. However, based on my experience, I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion and not feeling pressured into a day-of decision.Additionally, I’ve continued to receive weekly calls despite asking to be removed from follow-up.Just sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.
All of the people at RROC were nice. I give 1 star for nice and the product quality.I give no stars for the company's ability to provide reasonable service.I contracted for a front door that I really liked on May 15, 2025. It was finally installed 265 days later on February 4, 2026. The door space was measured at least 3 times. I repeatedly had to request an update for anticipated delivery and scheduling the installation over my 9 month wait. Then the door hardware was installed with the outside doorknob on the inside of the door. I was assured it was because the hardware was not reversible. I read the installation instructions after they left and re-installed the doorknob correctly.In the future I will gladly work with a grumpy company that understands that Customer Service isn't just being nice and giving heartfelt apologies for failures but includes a measure of quality in the service ... like meeting reasonable project completion timelines and demonstrating competence and expertise in the project.
The roof looks great and done in a timely manner. Anthony Cossano was great and kept us informed of timelines. Highly recommended RROC Exteriors!
Well, I can say i was quite impressed, first, with Jaren who came out to give me a quote. He was a contractor, direct, caring and compassionate. He gave an extensive explanation on the quality products offered and the bid was fair. I interviewed 5 roofing companies before settling on RROC. I felt Jaren was honest and did not try to hide anything about pricing or work. The company delivered quality products. Jaren showed he cares about the homeowner by following up on the work done. The crew that came out to do the roof, were punctual, respectful and very hard working! They did a great job! My roof and gutters look great!! Honestly, the only thing, I have to say is, I was unhappy about the trash. The trash was supposed to be picked up by another crew and it was not. I waited for almost 2 weeks. Everybody thought different people had taken care of it. There was miscommunication all around. Well, I called Jaren, again. This time Jaren came out himself and took care of it. He picked it up and hauled it away. He apologized profusely...lol...he didn't know it hadn't gotten taken care. So, he said, not to worry. He would take care of it himself and he did! This is what I mean. He is genuine and cares about the homeowner. I attached b4 and after pictures of my roof...and the trash..lol..so nice of Jaren to come out and take care of it!! Thank you!!
Mike Evans & Sean Potter came out to the house and sold me a new roof. They were so kind and patient with me and the roof turned out beautiful! I highly recommend this company! They came from the Spokane office that opened up here and oh was I happy they were here! GAF roof, very affordable! Had 3 bids and they easily won! Look at the pictures of the roof :) Also the roofers were so nice and cleaned up very well!
