American Window Co - Warehouse

I recently had 10 windows installed by American Windows, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Starting with Danny and his four-man crew were outstanding. They worked well together, stayed organized, and clearly knew what they were doing. Replacing that many windows isn’t a small job, but they made the entire process look seamless. I also worked with Lisa, Jesus, and Shelly in the office. They couldn’t have been more accommodating or courteous. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and they made sure everything moved along smoothly. It was truly a great experience all around. They were respectful of my home, careful with the surrounding areas, and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done. The installation itself looks fantastic. The windows fit perfectly, operate smoothly, and have already made a noticeable difference. I truly appreciate the hard work and attention to detail from the entire crew. Thank you for a job well done. I would absolutely recommend American Windows to anyone looking for quality work and a professional team.

Absolutely phenomenal company. Can’t say enough good things about the quality of work and product. Incredible customer service from start to finish. Outstanding Window Installation Service! We had a truly outstanding experience with the team from American Windows Company who installed our new windows. From start to finish, the crew was incredibly polite, efficient, and swift. They completed the entire installation with remarkable speed without sacrificing quality. The attention to detail in their work was excellent, resulting in a flawless final product. Furthermore, they were exceptionally respectful of our home, ensuring everything was kept clean and tidy throughout the few hours they were here. It was an absolute pleasure having them in our home and seeing their remarkable work ethic. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for professional, high-quality window replacement.

My client ordered a pretty expensive door, but unfortunately delivery fell through the cracks. Lisa played dumb and offered no solutuons what so ever, bringing unwarranted cost to my client. A company with integrity would of offered a solution and taken blame. I would think three times before purchasing from here. Continuation i went to pick up my clients newly purchased front door, the picture provided shows how they wanted me to take it, lisa said thats how American Windows recieves and delivers its product . I declined the door and urging my client to get a refund. Part 2 Jesus just reached out to me, i advised that my client wants a refund and he said it was up to the manufacturer if they didnt refund American Windows then American windows would not refund my client. Danny(owner) do the right thing and give my client his money back. My client lives 2 blocks away and he really wanted to support a local business when i urged him to go somewhere else. He ordered the door through the covina office. American wimdows do the right thing.

American Window Company provided us with excellent service and high-quality new windows. They also introduced us to Gallery Shutters for our plantation shutters. Tim visited to answer all our questions and helped us make the perfect choice for our home. Using the precise measurements supplied by American Window Company, our shutters were constructed and installed in less than two weeks! We are over the moon with the results. The shutters add a modern feel to our home, and the trim we chose perfectly complements the style of our condo. Thank you to both companies for an excellent experience—all within a very reasonable budget!

So glad I found Danny and his team! I had been looking around for a little while and as soon as Danny came over for my quote I knew American window was the right choice. Danny is amazing! Very honest, helpful, and informative. Highly recommend them!! Install went so smooth and quickly. They were so kind and professional. Even went above and put my window alarm senors on my new Amsco windows for me.
