The photos I am attaching with this review should definitely be enough self explanatory.I made the wrong choice to give them a chance to provide me with new windows at one of my property and I received not only a very poor quality, but also a rude and unprofessional behavior from them especially Wendy.I asked Wendy if she received the photos I sent. She said yes but there was nothing she could do.I have been business man for many years, I would never ever turn my back on a client, never. I just wouldn't. My reputation its important so being professional and care for my job and my clients its extremely important to me. Even if I have to take a loss financially.Wait, Wendy did offered me a $50 discount on a future order. $50!!!!!! Look at the photos please. I gave them $1,500.00 to receive windows that looks horrible with pieces missing, with most corners chipped and 90% of each seam are uneven with big gaps that were not professionally filled.Look guys I didn't even care about any money back. I want windows without all of these imperfections. I would have liked for them to re do them for me. I mean how can you even think that anyone would be ok to pay for such quality?Just please look at the photos and you decide for yourself if you want to have such windows by going with this company.I do not recommend them! If I read the "About us" on their web site and compare that with my experience then they are just big liars and that is just sad to handle business that way.
I ordered a window for my house and I called and emailed dimensions of width and length to secretary of WMB windows of Ontario, CA..When they called the dimensions were completely different...I spoke with management and they refused to make it write and accept responsibility for their mistake!! Would never do business again with this company!! Poor communication and they did not own up to their mistake!!
