We had all our windows, slider and a kitchen door replaced by Offshore. We had a great experience from the initial in-home sales meeting with Ben and Becky through the installation with Elijah. Ben brought window samples so we could see the quality and decide on the style and they were all made to order in less than 6 weeks even with the holiday. I am far from being a window expeet so I appreciated all of Ben and Becky's reccomendations, their price was lower than our local Milgard dealer, and the quality and warranty appear to be better. Seemed like a no-brainer!The windows came in when they said they would and install was quick and clean. Elijah was a pro and communicated clearly; walking us through everything we needed to know to operate and maintain the windows/doors. We could not be more pleased with the process and their company.
We had all of our windows/screens & back slider door replaced by Offshore and they’re absolutely amazing, the service was incredible and quick. They guarantee their product. Should you have an issue, they are on it to fix it immediately, however, we have had zero issues and absolutely enjoy the view out of our house and get compliments from our neighbors. I would highly recommend this company.
I am so happy with my new windows. Ben came out & had a great presentation. I interviewed other companies before Ben.He had the best presentation & I really wanted Anlin windows for the quality & the best warranty in the business, as I had Anlin in my previous home. He was very patient as we went through permit process with HOA & city. The installers were very efficient & courteous. I would definitely recommend Ben @ Offshore Windows & Doors.
We learned of Off Shore Construction from the window manufacturer we chose, Anlin, and we are glad we did. Ben was responsive and timely when meeting with us and professionally presented the windows for our selection. In addition, he was on time with delivery and readily scheduled installation. Of particular note were the installers. Led by Elijah they were on time, explained their process, considerate of us being in the house, and efficiently dismantled and installed the windows with utmost attention to details and cleanliness. The turn around time for our windows to arrive was quick, and installation was done efficiently and professionally. The crew was respectful and knowledgeable.
