This afternoon my husband and I stopped to help a friend who's vehicle got wedged in a snow bank at the end of her driveway. Shortly after we stopped the kindest Synergy Exteriors crew member stopped as well and helped pull the vehicle out. Kind, caring and considerate individual who's character im positive shows through in his business.
We were very happy with Joe who came out and provided us with a quote. When the time came to purchase the windows, the process was very quick and efficient.When we requested a change to the mouldings, they were very nice and accommodating.When the windows arrived the installers noticed ahead of time that one was defective and they were able to reorder the new window.When we noticed some caulking issues, the owner was quick to respond and was able to rectify the problem within a few days.Overall we are very happy, the windows are great quality and we have definitely noticed an improvement from last year.We will be a returning customer when it is time to replace our front door.

Recently had Synergy replace the old swing door to our patio and a small section of eaves that was sagging. Both look great now! We love how the new door provides so much more natural light. Matches the space well too. We just had a birthday party and everyone was commenting on how smooth it was to open the patio door. We'd laugh say, "well it should be, it's only 3 days old!"
