Mark and the team at Orillia Glass recently installed a shower glass for us. The service was awesome and right on schedule. The install team was fast, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend.
Not overly impressed.Good price, came and installed quickly but I have been calling and emailing for 5 months now trying to get an appointment to come and fix our shower door as it does not close and open properly.. no one will return my phone calls. Extremely frustrating.
Great service we broke a vintage glass table top and they were able to replace it in the sameTinted hue to match our other three. Very impressed and very reasonable would recommend this company for any glass repairs
Price was right, but sadly you get what you pay for. Door install has leaked since day one. They came back to attempt a fix, but ended up just putting caulking on top of caulking!!! Still leaks and now they won't help at all. They say it's my fault for it being on a concrete slab. Well, if it shouldn't have been installed there, why did they install it for $1700?? BEWARE!! If I could give zero stars I would!
Definitely 5 stars here. Since the older admin front staff lady is gone, conducting business here, has become a breeze. The staff does it's best to help, where it can. I have bought here before and ask to have a window glass replaced, in a venyl living room window. It was done on time and swiftly And to a good price. Recently I ordered a custom sauna window and door glass for a sauna I just had build. It took quite some time to come in, but it was well made and did not budge, despite of the high temperature changes it was exposed to. When it's minus 20 Cel outside, and you heat up the sauna to 100 Cel, the stress on these windows is quite remarkable, especially when you start pouring water onto the rocks and hot steam start circulating.When a friend of mine managed to break the window with a crowbar, I ordered exactly the same window again. After I put it into place, I noticed some scratches in the glass. Without arguing about the who, when, where and why, the store ordered me a new window with a rush order: alll for free. NOW, THAT IS No Hassle SERVICE!!!
