I bought a house that had one of their doors with a number of issues. It is an expensive door that has a ton of issues in less than 5 years from installation. Unfortunately, the company is just avoiding me. I recommend going elsewhere.
2 months past due and continue to call to reschedule days before installation. As you will see with most of the poor reviews, their communication is poor. Have rescheduled the install multiple times after we schedule days off to accommodate them.
My wife and I had a fantastic experience working with Mansion Windows and Doors recently for a complete window and sliding doors replacement project. Our PGT double pane, low E glass windows are beautiful, thermally efficient and super quiet. From our first meeting in their Orlando showroom with David Shore and David Bouton thru the complete install, everyone involved at Mansion was amazing. Kudos to internal staff Hannah, Heather, and Jordan for always responding to status calls and emails with kindness. Special thanks to Joe Ritz our project manager for always being on top of everything and for showing up to check things out. Mansion never said "no, we can't do that". It was always "how can we help". Price was fair, quality of windows and service excellent, install was great. Their customer service was beyond great.
Mansion Windows and Doors have proven to be a professional, efficient and reliable company to work with.I received speedy turn around time and frequent communications.The two assigned installers were punctual, clean, pleasant and capable.Removal and replacement proved tougher than expected, however they worked well as a team and completed the job in record time.I was impressed with the company's service from inception to completion.
