Reviews commonly mention quick scheduling for urgent needs and technicians completing repairs in one visit when parts are on the truck. Several customers note friendly crews, punctual arrivals, and clean workmanship. Some feedback cites delays or mixed experiences with office scheduling and follow-up calls, while pricing is often described as fair and clearly explained.
The technician did a good job and was friendly. The price was also fair. The office staff left a lot to be desired. I had to follow up several times just to get scheduled for a quote, then again for the work to be done I had to follow up a couple times. Twice I had the office tell me that they “tried to call me” to schedule me but not a single call on my phone log and no voicemails left. The second the job was done, they called asking for payment. Wow, I guess their phones work after all!
I have a mixed review to offer today. Upon calling the firm and speaking with Candy, she arranged for a service crew to come to the property to replace one half of a two door sliding glass door. Unfortunately the crew did not have this sliding glass door size on their truck, but secured the shattered door glass with a plastic product, to keep it in place for a few days until the glass would be available, which was the next work day. Candy offered a discount on the work to make up for the delay, which was quite nice. On the install day, all went well. Clean and fast work. I paid the bill by phone and thought this was over. My mistake by not checking the work closely as I assumed that when one hires professionals, the job is done right the first time. I keep learning that this is no longer the case in the 21st century. So after the two crew members were gone and bill paid, I went to open the door. It was extremely tight. And I noticed that the white painted exterior rubber gasket that holds the glass in place was put on the inside and what was originally on the inside of the residenc, black, put on the outside. As this was a 2 door slider, that meant that from inside of the residence one door had a white and the other a black gasket. Picture looking at one side of a car with one white wall and one black wall tire. So I called Candy and tried to explain what's written above. On the stiff door, she sent a video where the tech was opening and closing it with relative ease and explained that they do not do any adjustments, just glass (took me 3 minutes to spray some lube on the track, works fine now). But on the two sided gaskets, Candy could not understand what I was explaining. After my third attempt, she accused me of being rude and hung up. This seems to also be the way firms handle issues when they are wrong, hang up on the customer, after being paid. It's too bad that a customer has to be treated this way. After the hang up I texted her what I said above, thinking she might understand better if seen in writing. No response. I would have recommended Glassperts if Candy would have offered to have her techs come back out to switch the the gaskets. I believe that's called good customer service...or better yet, doing the job right, the second time.
This company knows what’s up! They came to give a free estimate on window pane replacement, and he quoted me a very reasonable price. Had the glass IN the van. Ended up fixing it on the spot in like 20 minutes. BAM! So easy and the window looks great!!
If you ever need glass repair done quickly and professionally, The Glassperts are the ones to call! On a Sunday, my son managed to kick a football straight through his bedroom window (because of course he did ??). I immediately went online to find someone who could help, and I’m so glad I came across The Glassperts. They responded to my inquiry fast, got me on the schedule quickly, and made the whole process stress-free. Two technicians arrived right on time as promised, and the quality of the work was phenomenal. The window looks perfect—like nothing ever happened.Fast, reliable, professional, and excellent workmanship. Highly recommended!
What a great experience! From the quote to start the process to its finish the team arrived on time, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Great communication from the office and the two man crew. This was to replace the glass in one of our sliding glass doors that had a broken seal. We can see clearly now!! If we have any future issues with our doors etc we will definitely use Glassperts again. They are the best! First picture is before the second after.
