It was especially important to me that the windows met the requirements for the My Safe Florida Home government program, and he made sure all my questions were answered.Once I decided to move forward, Spencer came out to take the final measurements. His thoroughness and attention to detail really put my mind at ease and gave me confidence that the windows would be a precise fit for my home.Throughout the process, I also worked closely with Cindy and Samantha in the office. They were extremely helpful, responsive, and patient in addressing all of my questions and concerns.The installation itself went smoothly thanks to Chris and his crew, who were efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. They answered my questions as the installation progressed and clearly knew what they were doing. The inspection took place shortly after installation, which wrapped up the entire process seamlessly.I will definitely be using The Window Source again. Since I was only able to complete part of my house initially, I plan to finish the remaining work later—and I won’t be shopping around next time. An amazing experience with The Window Source. I was very impressed with their consistent and genuine communication. They delivered EXACTLY what was promised for our vinyl to glass conversion. Also, they came to Marion County, no questions asked. Finally, Spencer and Sam were awesome to work with. I highly recommend!
After shopping around for multiple quotes to do a whole home window replacement, I am happy that I went with the window source of Orlando. The windows look beautiful, the crew did an excellent job with the install, left the job site clean, and they were communicative during the process and answered any questions I had. As for pricing they came in on the lower end of all the quotes I received for the same product other companies were charging several thousand more for.
