I had a new front door and patio door installed. From the very first call to the end of installation, my experience has been nothing but amazing. Dan was very helpful and always reachable. I've called him a few times in evenings and weekend, and he was always available to answer my questions. When I needed an expedited delivery, Yana, Dan, and the whole team took note and made it happen. What I love about them is that they were more interested in my satisfaction than anything else.Rustam and Vlad, the installers, were very professional. They brought in rags, cleaned up any mess, and answered all my questions during the installation. I highly recommend Panorama, they put the customer first. Thank you Panorama team, happy holidays!
I'm honestly impressed how many good reviews there is after my experience here. I had a horrible experience and the quality of install has left me with major leaks and doors that don't operate properly.Almost 3 years ago now, Panorama did about 85% of my 2800 sq ft home which consisted of multiple custom sized windows, 3 ext dooors, and a sliding door...not a small project by any means. First off, when I was quoted and signing the paperwork, the sales rep Joe, explained that if we go for the superior UV glass, and did so on the entire house, we could get the government rebate which was why we agreed to do almost all our windows and doors rather than half the quote like we originally planned and got talked out of based on that rebate. Now this is my first time doing windows and Joe knew this as I had no idea how the rebate worked. After he explained the money we'd get back, I just assumed like most rebates, you mail in your paid invoice. At no point after the quote, and before the windows were installed, was I told an inspection needs to be done prior and after the install by a licensed rep for the rebate...they installed, watched me peel the stickers off, and then told me I voided the rebate qualifications....so there's that which I got screwed over on.Now for the main issue. A job of this magnitude should have been completed in a few days... they rushed the entire project in one day, leaving so late that we couldn't even do an inspection because it was pitch black outside. The consistency in the work is absent. I have 4 different mouldings on my main floor because they didn't match anything they did. Rounded moulding I understood, but the flat portions should've all been matched. The one window we had to mud and repair almost two inches around the entire window because it wasn't measured properly, I was told this is normal...some mudding sure, but I shouldn't be looking at studs. Two of the three doors including the mentioned balcony door above, and sliding door, all have operating issues or are too snug to open/close properly. I've had someone adjust them since and no issues, interesting... they even sent the window company that builds the windows to repair the biggest custom window we had put in because they cracked the outer frame in the install process. The biggest issue:Most recently I discovered water on my main level and basement in different areas that I thought was coming from my chimney,. As it turns out, the balcony door and windows they replaced, they failed to put the proper flashing and caulking over the top, sides and lower entry plate which lets water in if it hits that side of the house directly. Ironically, this is one of the door/window sets that they installed and trimmed last...in the dark. I now have water damage on two levels of my house from not knowing it was slowly leaking behind the walls.A final note about their customer service,Yana, the lady in our emails was very supportive of accommodating us with our dog who we were placing in a daycare while the work was being done. I had asked that they do the basement door first, which was only one door with no windows, so if they worked past 4pm we could go in the basement with the fog which she had no issue with... when they first arrived I asked Denis, the lead hand, about this and he had no idea about it and refused even though he brought double the crew. House gets completely gutted, and the only finished room we could go in at 4pm was a small guest room upstairs. I kept being told their almost done and didn't leave until after 8pm.I honestly wasn't going to put a review, but after this last leak I had, absolutely disgusting the level of incompetence with this company. I certainly hope you guys have improved, and perhaps changed the way you do your installs or train the staff properly to do so.
We were really struggling to find a window company we could trust*— one that was reputable, well-priced, and offered great quality windows. ???? We got quotes from several companies because we have a lot of windows in our home... but when we met Dan, we knew we were in great hands. ??From start to finish, the entire experience with Panorama Windows and Doors was absolutely seamless! ?? The installers were professional and skilled, the administrative team was organized and friendly, and the service was top-notch across the board. ?????They gave us excellent advice, high-quality products* and a great price. We are HIGHLY SATISFIED and would recommend them to everyone! ????We’ve already referred them to several friends and family members, and our neighbors constantly stop us to ask who did our windows—they’ve reached out to Panorama too, and they’ve been just as happy! ????If I could give them more than 10 out of 10, we absolutely would! The pics dont do enough justice because they don't show the beautiful new front doors they installed with multipoint lock and custom design.??????????Thank you Dan and the entire Panorama team — you're truly the best! ????Sherisse & Marshall Richards
We had three large windows replaced by Panorama in our main living space. These are all large windows and they had no issues meeting the installation sizes. Dan Ryder met with us multiple times in person and was always responsive whenever we had a question! The installation team was clean, professional, timely, and very knowledgeable! They main this complex job look extremely easy! We’ll definitely use them for future upgrades!!
Dan Ryder was our sales person. He came 3 times and was available on the phone to answer all our questions and guidance. He explained the time frame which was met . The installers were very professional and did a perfect job. All in 1 day We had a front door and side door installed along with the screen . These doors feel a lot heavier than our old ones and open and close with ease I would definitely recommend Dan Ryder and. The installers. Who I am sorry I forget their names. Great work. Awesome doors.Thanks.
