Purchasing new windows can be a very daunting task for most homeowners. We knew we wanted to purchase new windows but did not know where to start. We looked at the type of windows available and what the reviews said were the best. I knew right away from my phone conversation that I wanted to pursue purchasing window’s from Stone river and made an appointment for my wife and I to meet in the showroom.Don More was extremely nice to deal with and was able to answer all the questions we had and come up with solutions for our needs.Don came out to our home to verify the window sizes as we were replacing all the windows in our log home. Once the window sizes were established and a price given we signed our contract and could not wait for the windows to arrive and start installing them.Our two big windows which were eight feet by eight feet were installed the day after the windows arrived at our home. The size of our patio sliding door turned out not to be a standard size for the type with the blinds inserted in the glass. So we had to call around for someone who had the product we wanted. Stone River was able to help us. I contacted them several times via email with questions and they were promptly answered. From measuring to the finished installation everything was great. We are very pleased with our new door. Thanks
