in the past 6 months we have had the pleasure of working with Bayview windows on two occasions. The first was the installation of a patio door and more recently new front and side doors. On both installation we were extremely satisfied with the professional workmanship from start to finish.On the most recent work, Shawn and Brandon showed up on the coldest day of the year and spent the whole day installing both doors. the following day (much more reasonable temperature) they returned and finalized the installation. They did a first class job.Bayview Windows is a first class company and we would recommend anyone looking for replacements to give these guys a call.
We had all of our windows and front door replaced by Bayview. We dealt with the same knowledgeable person throughout the entire process. The sales rep that did the initial estimate was the same person who did the final measurements and also led the installation. This consistency and single point of responsibility made the entire experience so smooth. He was able to answer any question about the windows or the installation, his insights were valuable, and all promises made were personally delivered and executed. We are happy with the new windows and door and very impressed with the service received.
It took a couple of months from order to installation but we are absolutely thrilled with the installation of the special order window. The installers were extremely respectful and courteous, even vacuuming the stairway after using carpet runners. Every piece of garbage went with them. Truly professional and a pleasure to deal with from the first time I walked into the showroom. Highly recommended and we'll be using them again as our windows need replacement.
Great experience working with the team at Bayview this past year. We required numerous doors and windows for a custom log home and Bayview was recommended via our engineering company. I dealt primarily with Brian and David, both of whom were excellent communicators, which was very valuable on a complicated project. They were very patient in walking me through various details and accommodated two installation delays without any issue. This a great example of a local family business that distinguishes itself from larger companies by providing superior customer service. Highly recommended.
Good communication throughout, order was delayed (what isn't lately?) But they kept in touch regarding our installation date. Once the windows and door made it from the factory the installers were excellent and went above and beyond. We were able to preserve the stained glass original to our century home and add casements so we can open them for fresh air. They gave us options for trim and were able to keep the character of our home. The new door looks fantastic too.
