Eco Ottawa Windows and Doors

Shane and the team at Eco Ottawa provide outstanding service, product and price. They replaced 2 entry doors last year and just completed replacement of nearly all of our windows. We have an older house and I was concerned about preserving the interior old wood framing. Shane said Pavel is a surgeon on installation - and he was not kidding! I couldn't be happier with the end product, attention to detail and service. Thanks to Shane and your team!

I recently had 10 windows installed by Shane and his team at Eco Ottawa Windows and Doors and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Working with Shane was honestly one of the best parts of the experience. He has great energy, clearly knows his craft, and took the time to walk through the options with me without ever making it feel like a sales pitch. I never felt pressured, but his recommendations ended up making a huge difference. His suggestion to install awning windows in the bathroom and kitchen completely changed the look and feel of those rooms. They bring in great light and work perfectly in the space. The new windows in the primary bedroom are also fantastic. The quality and finish are excellent, and you can immediately tell the difference. Pavel and the installation team was professional, efficient, and respectful of the house. They worked cleanly and left no mess behind, which I really appreciated. I was so happy with the experience that I’ve already ordered another window for the living room. I’d absolutely recommend Shane and Eco Ottawa Windows and Doors to anyone looking for quality products, good advice, and a great installation team.

We had a great experience with our windows and doors installation. Shane gave us great suggestions, and we’re so glad we listened because our rooms are now brighter and feel much bigger. As for the installation, Pavel and his team were professional, efficient, and completed the job with great attention to detail. The products are high quality, the workmanship was excellent, and the price was competitive and reasonable. I would definitely recommend their services.

From start to finish Shane and his team delivered a positive experience. Shane was very helpful and patient in the initial phase while we decided what we wanted to do. Once we decided to work with Shane our project moved ahead very efficiently. The windows arrived on time, the installation team was nothing short of excellent, they were very professional, polite and made sure that the work area was clean before they left. Shane was always available for any questions and guidance throughout the project. Our new windows look great, I would highly recommend Eco Ottawa Windows to anyone looking to upgrade their windows.

I had Eco Ottawa Windows and Doors convert my screened deck into a sunroom, and I couldn’t be happier. Shane, the owner, treated the project with real care and passion, offering thoughtful ideas like combining flexible and fixed windows to keep the view and covering the support beams with custom aluminum for a clean look. His quote was detailed and transparent, and he even checked the house direction to plan for wind flow. Throughout the process, Shane was responsive and professional, and the installation team did an excellent job, leaving the site spotless. The new windows look amazing and blend perfectly with the house. I highly recommend Eco Ottawa Windows and Doors!
