She was punctual, knowledgeable and reliable. The install team was excellent. They took their time and ensured the installation was completed correctly. They were respectful and explained the install process. We would definitely recommend Verdun to family and friends as not only is the quality of their product superior, but they’re locally run and manufactured, but they also have a great team of hard working professionals.

Very happy with our new door! Our old door would take full body strength to open and now I can open with just a finger. It is still as smooth as the day it was installed! The extra bottom lock is an excellent feature. Kailen was instrumental on helping us with this decision that we also did our windows! Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We are very happy and would absolutely work with Kailen and Verdun again!

I have 70 year old front windows that need replacement ! Erin thoroughly examined
them and provided suggestions for replacement windows which would offer the same appearance ( which is what I was looking for) but with a modern touch and effective insulation qualities.
The window suggestions also matched the living room windows that had been installed a few years back.
Afterwards the decisions about the windows were made and an explanation about the cost and payment method was agreed upon, Erin wrote up the contract and immediately emailed it to me.
I was and still am very pleased with the whole process and looking forward to the installation which Erin estimates should be done in 6 weeks!
I really appreciate the warmth and understanding displayed during the process!

Excellent service with an exceptional product and the installers were so hard working and professional. You would never know they were here as the clean up was impecable! They informed us of some concerns with the house around the windows as they were removing the old windows. Phenomenal experience this week with the installation of three custom-made patios doors by Verdun Windows and Doors here in Ottawa.
Finally bit the bullet and replaced all three aged sliding doors (maybe 40 years old each). The quality of the workmanship is superb, the customization perfect (one has an inbuilt transom window overhead), and the service extraordinary.
The doors arrived earlier than expected and were installed quickly. Huge thanks to Travis Coleman, Verdun’s most affable and helpful rep, and particular kudos to the unbelievably meticulous and ingenious installers—Daniel Trépanier and his sidekick Fred. These two gents blew us away with their methods and their manner.
Tough, noisy, messy work at first, but it all ended up with flawless, smooth-functioning doors beautifully inset into our dark hardwood casings. Everything was aligned plumb within a single millimetre top to bottom, accomplished and verified by intersecting lasers, which was really impressive (and darn cool) to watch.
When done, Daniel and Fred left the worksite spotless. You’d never know anyone had been here tearing our house apart.
This is our second project with Verdun this year. The first was the construction and installation of six custom windows for our cottage on an island in the middle of Mississippi Lake near Carleton Place. Everything had to be transported by boat. For that extraordinary service, we paid not one penny extra.
