I highly recommend this company and their fantastic windows. We had them installed in the summer and for the first time in the 7 years I’ve lived in my house, the AC was able to keep up with the heat! I’m saving money on energy bills with these new windows! Typically in summers past, the AC wouldn’t keep up. My reverse California split level house has high ceilings and the front of the house is all windows facing west. If I had the thermostat set at 70 degrees, it was always 78 - 80 degrees in the house on hot Kansas days. My electricity bill was sky high, over $500 in a month. I was thrilled when the new windows arrived because now if the thermostat is set at 70 degrees, my house is actually 70 degrees!! I only wish we had done this sooner. Kyle and his crew are fantastic people. They were kind, respectful and even loved my crazy dog. Thank you Kyle & the team for taking great care of us!
I absolutely recommend this company. They came and installed seven windows for us. Kyle is absolutely amazing. Professional, prompt, and just overall a great person. He came when he said he would and the job was done when he said it would be. His crew was very very nice and great at what they do. We appreciated the care in which they installed our windows. They made sure we had any questions answered and any concerns addressed. I cannot speak more highly of this company. We will absolutely call them again.
Had an issue with a water coming in through a window and had trouble finding any window repair/replacement company that would give me the time of day. I called Advantage and Kyle spent a lot of time with me over the phone getting more information and troubleshooting the issue. He came up with a couple of things to try myself before making any big investments. One of his suggestions worked and saved me several thousand dollars on replacing the window. No charge. He was wonderful and I will definitely use him again for any future window needs I may have. Thanks Kyle!!
In 2014 We purchased a new front door and windows for our entire house from advantage . Kyle and his team were professional and did an outstanding job on the installation. Recently ( sept 2017) Our front door needed to be adjusted and Kyle came out to adjust our door and again did a great job. He has always been professional, and responsive during our installation and follow up. We will definitely do business with Advantage again.
We contacted Advantage Window Solutions about replacing three windows in our house. Kyle got back with me within hours and came the very next day to get me a bid. He ordered the products needed and arrange to do the job very quickly. Kyle arrived when he stated he would and kept in constant contact through out the project, he also took the time to answer each and every question in detail. I found him to be efficient, congenial and thorough. The new windows and trim he added match what already exists on the house perfectly. I would highly recommend this company.
