Parker, with Renewal by Anderson, was prompt, professional, and very helpful. Not only did he replace the parts that were causing issues, he also checked every other operation of our sliding glass door. He dialed everything in, and it’s gliding smooth, and locking tight! The service was efficient, he kept the work area clean & organized, and he answered all my questions thoroughly.Definitely exactly what we’re looking for when receiving service for work installed by RBA!
Awful customer service. I paid 50k to have my windows and doors replaced. not even 3 years later the windows are rusted out. The main door glass does not match and was ordered wrong. They have not replaced the door.There is no service or warranty work. If they do not get the install right the first time, they just keep your money and never fix or uphold their warranty.Do not purchase or use Renewal by Andersen. I have regretted this decision years on end and now have rusty windows and no warranty or service.Does anybody work here besides the contractors you hire? yea thats right! the installers are not renewal by andersen employees. Just local home depot guys that arent busy the day of your install.Update - renewal by Andersen has been out to my home 3x since this post started. They have yet to fix a single issue.Update - Renewal came out and left immediately. Crew onsite said they were unaware of the amount of work to do the trim.Update on the front door. They replaced the front door. The installers damaged and left the door all dirty, scraped, and caked. The hinge is showing bare wood.Not sure what owner/BOT is commenting on this but your team is not doing anything they say they are going to do. All that trim is still unpainted in my home. You guys have been out 3 times.Heed this warning as it is a real google review.As the "owner" states in his response, no carpenter or painter has reached out to me. His employee "Reece" is a quality control expert who has failed the 3x mentioned above. Reece did call me but whats he going to do? show up to my house and damage more doors and windows?To the owner : this review stays. There will be no 5 star or modified review for you. Our business dealings are complete and I no longer want your representatives near my home.
I had a great experience. All of the process was very well documented with an online portal and emails and was easy to contact the support team. I ended up having a work conflict with the initial install date and they bumped it a week forward with no issues. Install day arrived and full team arrived on time and replaced two large windows in a few hours. They kept the work area clean and were receptive to my ladder placement concerns. I ended up being MORE THAN HAPPY with the finished replacement casement and picture windows. They looked better than I had expected (and I knew they were going to look nice!.)
Thank you to the team and crew from renewal by Anderson Windows .They showed up very early and had 15 windows replaced installed fixed wood rot and double checked to make sure no seals were broken and all windows were installed correctly by 11:30 AM.They were very professional and picked up all trash and made sure no nails or anything else was left in the yard and also hold it all away.
From the initial consultation to final installation this company has been top notch! The communication has been great and the installation team was professional, courteous of our home and worked quickly and efficiently. They laid blankets to protect our carpet and took off their shoes. We had other work done recently and no other company has done this and it was much appreciated!
