I went to Avalon Door and Window to look at a sliding door for my house and Mr. Rosales helped me out with the product I was looking at. Mr. Rosales also helped me out with the item I was looking at. He was very informative and was very knowledgeable with the products he sells at Avalon Door and Window. The products at Avalon Door and Windows are cheaper than Home Depot and Lowe’s. I will definitely go back to purchase windows for my home and will recommend the business to my friends.
This place was so accommodating, I was looking for ab10” round flashing and they happened to have one. Installed it today, customer very happy with a galvanized instead of plastic like the manufacturer supplies through Home Depot .com . Junk!!! BE CAREFUL!!!!I don’t understand the good reviews about this company. I order my windows in October 2022 and still not news about them. Contractor delayed, having to rent a house to live since mine can’t be ready.. but the worst is the costumer service.. they never answer the calls, the day you are waiting for the delivery no one gives you updates until the end of the day when I finally contacted them and they just told me “the windows are not ready” wait like another month “ this had happen many times.. I’m really worried since I made a deposit of $30.000.. at this point I don’t t know where to complain. Or who will respond for my large order of windows..now they are telling me than I need to contact their provider. I never made business with the provider but with Avalon.BE CAREFUL WITH THIS STORE. They have treated me terrible over the phone even screaming to me. This is a true review don’t order with them. I have never worked with a company where the manager Mike screamed at me over the phone telling me that there is nothing they can do.Now the excuse after 6 months is that the providers system is not working so he hasn’t been able to get information about my windows for a week
