I don't understand why this company is in business.I called and scheduled an onsite visit. Brad, the owner, stopped by to take measurements of multiple windows.He was supposed to send an estimate the next day. Never happened.I called three consecutive days after to get a quote. Each time, Kyle mentioned Brad was out of the office and he would send over the quote. Never happened.Last call, several days later, Kyle hung up on me.They are unprofessional and a waste of time.
A great shop, knowledgeable workers, and very good people skills. I liked everyone I met. They did a great job & were fair priced. I'd definitely recommend them. A family run business.
I received 3 bids on vinyl replacement windows for my Condo in Port Hueneme, HD, Lowes, and Friedleys. All 3 were quoting Milgard Trinsic windows. Friedleys was approx 20% less than the other 2. I chose them and could not be happier - great work, great communication, and they were diligent and always on time. Cannot recommend them high enough!
Fridley glass was sent out by the contractor redoing our bathrooms. Initially it was fine very friendly and punctual. Came out to measure and gave good suggestions on type of glass, handle placement etc. They ordered the glass and installed it when it came in about a month later. Install went well. I was out running errands when they called and said they were all done. So I headed home to check it. Nobody was there when I got home. Initially everything looked great. The next day I was cleaning one of the big panel glass doors and noticed a chip and a scratch about 10 inches long. I reached out to them and the were very nice and said they would order another panel and replace it. This was at the end of March 2023. I emailed and called in the beginning of May with no response. I reached out repeatedly but have continued to be ghosted. It is now July with no response from them. Paid over 5k for this service.
This company repaired a double pane slider for me 3 yrs ago. So l called them when my same slider stopped moving easily. Week for someone to come out and look, then waited 2 weeks for the ‘repair’. After the repair supposedly done, still not working and l said, its not better. The technician actually became angry, said he didn’t believe it. After a bit more icky conversation, I said thanks, no more. They didn’t fix the door, were rude and still charged me full price. l did not want anything for free, but this service was beyond awful.I called another company, a slider specialist. They came same day and did a beautiful job.
