I had my shower glass done, he did a great job so when it came to refer him to my friends I did. Two of them were satisfied, however to my best friend and neighbor he did a horrible job. He installed the glass door too big, chipped, crack and scratch. My friend keep sending messages and he doesn't respond. One day I sent him a message telling him that my friend was going to contact BBB and the contractor's state license, he responded and promise that he will come and do the repair the following Friday. Six months later, he keep having excuses and my friend still has his glass scratched, chipped and crack. I am filling this review to let him know that if the whole glass shatters when they are taking a shower or coming out of the shower he will be responsible for the damages, pain and suffering so let this review be a witness. I will definitely help my friend taking this man to court.
Had window screens and a sliding screen replaced.howver, the sliding screen was made too small. Supposed there was a new one made but no one has returned my repeated calls. I am willing to pick it up myself.you issued me a refund check on 12/28/2018 that bounced And I had to get another company to make the screen door. You failed to keep your doors open on Channel Islands and Now bought Airway Glass in Ventura. All I want is a good check to replace the bad check that you gave me before

Terrible service!!! I just tried to have my mirror cut. I called to set up a appointment to meet at their office several times already!!! They told me to meet them at their office. I went there, and nobody showed up, plus they never answered my phone calls and kept forwarding them. I left several messages to them and never got a call back. I never wrote a review on a company before, but I don't want anybody else to waste their time with them the way they have with me. Terrible service, terrible manners, terrible company. I recommend going with Center Glass Company if u need a glass cut. Someone is always in the office, and the customer service is great and friendly.
I have a huge window in my living room that was broken I called in the morning and they were at my house a few hours later. Very reasonably priced and got the job done same day! Very nice and professional!
