We got french doors from Milgard and after 5 years had a panel of tempered glass break. Parry helped me fill out the waranty claim and Milgard fixed the panel at no cost. But, while they were here, I asked them to resolve an alignment issue. It was a wonky hinge and Milgard said it wasn't a manufacturers defect (it clearly was). I did an SOS to Parry and it is getting resolved. This is 5 years after install!

Update 2/172026. My Windows Solutions is top notch. I got first class customer service from the owner Perry and Lonnie. When I had any concerns like a bow in window or blinds that stick, Lonnie comes personally to address each concern immediately. They stand behind their products that are top of the line. Lonnie is a great representation of My Windows Solutions and makes sure customer satisfaction is guaranteed. They gave me great discounts as well.

Once we scheduled to have an in-home estimate done, Michael the sales representative came out to our home, on time and very professional. He measured and answered all our questions and provided a written quote with multiple manufacture brochures to best help us choose the right solution to our needs. Once we signed off on the project it only took four weeks for our custom windows and sliding door to be installed. The professionalism from sales, management and installers was top notch and very professional... We are so happy and satisfied with the new room, we could not ask for more! Phenomenal work. Clean and expedient. Called to confirm appointment, received quote when promised, patio door arrived to their office and installed when stated… ALL PHASES OCCURRED WHEN PROMISED. (A rarity amongst contractors). Not cheap hacks, though not the most expensive either. Quality materials, expert installation and service. Don’t call anyone else! (Dog door install was amazing, too!)
