I contacted Glass Ventures after hearing their radio commercial while researching hurricane proofing my home. Upon the first contact, Glass Ventures proved that a five star rating just is not sufficient, this company goes above and beyond with communication, customer service and an excellent product. Dan C came to our home and discussed our options for hurricane proofing, he was exceptional with establishing rapport with my wife and I and soon we opted for their services. The rest of the office team, Kadi, Robin, Christy were outstanding in answering emails, responding to calls and texting back and forth. When the time came for installation, Dan arrived with Seth and Cody and prepped our home for the next step. While the team was assessing the project, Dan discovered a cracked window and immediately brought it to our attention, providing a quote and arranging for immediate follow up. The next day Keith and Jonathan arrived and got to work on installation. Not only was the installation done right, it absolutely exceeded our expectation, but it was done in the allotted time frame. Within a week, the cracked window was replaced too. Glass Ventures has earned our trust, confidence and repeat business. The best way I can stay thank you is to offer the five star rating, despite insufficiency. My experience with Glass Ventures was OUTSTANDING in every aspect. Quality of work! Extremely great customer service (all calls returned promptly, showed up on schedule). Competitive prices. Extremely knowledgeable and organized staff. I had three projects: replacing huge double pane windows in my sun room, replacing entry doors that met hurricane penetration specs, and building a glass enclosed shower...in an older home. But the true measure of a great company is how they handle any difficulty. Rework on older homes can have its surprises. When a problem occurred, they met with me, proposed solutions, listened to my ideas and came up with a timely solution! A pleasant experience in every way. Thanks!

We used Glass ventures to install a Glass shower door and we are extremely happy we did. The service was exceptional and they were very timely and communicative with every step of the process.
