I haven't ordered the doors yet but what s great experience. They have been there for a while but I had no idea until I searched Google maps for interior doors. Very knowledge and easy to work with. I had been shopping around and waiting on quotes. He was able to sit with me and put together most of the quote right then and there. That alone won my business. I have no need to go anywhere else now.
After unsatisfactory results from working with other local window/door companies, I happened upon Smith Bldg Specialties by accident. The salesman (Grant) was very friendly, open and honest, and extremely knowledgeable. Their showroom is very nice also. A very professional looking business. Once our door arrived, Dean helped me out a great deal with finalizing my payment and scheduling delivery...another very friendly representative of Smith. Best window/door company in Panama City .Highly recommend.

Very satisfied for the past 4 years of doing business with them. We had our house built about four years ago and Smith Builders provided all doors, windows, Sliders, screens, doorknobs, plus several others things. They were quick to respond when problems occur after move in and years down the road. You owe it to yourself to choose Smith Builders rather if its a fixer upper or complete build.
