Replacing windows has been on the list for a while. It was an article on Replacement Windows in Consumer Reports that motivated me to get started. Pella rates a very high CR score. I learned a lot from Winnie Lau (showroom specialist) during that visit. So knowledgeable, any question that I had she had a detailed answer, provided brochures, etc.Later at another visit to the showroom with a family member, we met Andrew Bliek (replacement sales consultant). Also, a very educational and informative visit. At a later date Andrew was out for a site survey and product demonstration. He identified areas that require frame replacement and explained the process to expect.
Very pleased with my Pella experience. My purchase included windows for my home.Luigi was my consultant and offered courteous, knowledgeable and professional service. He walked me thru the process from ordering to install. He also returned on the final measurements appt. day offering reassurance that the windows would be correct. I had a great experience with Pella. From their salesperson, Luigi, who was extremely personable, to Melissa in accounting, to Alfonso, who oversaw the project, and each of the workers, I was extremely pleased with their professionalism. I replaced a 110" three-paneled sliding glass door that was at least 50 years old. I was nervous about undertaking such a large project, as I am not the type of person who can afford to correct mistakes. There was a week or so delay in delivery (I ordered a key for my door, so I could open it from the outside), but I got over it, and my install date was rescheduled shortly after the original date. The installers were so clean. They cleaned up after themselves constantly, which was great. Alfonso headed up the install and really knew every aspect of construction. He ensured the door was sealed properly and explained everything I asked thoroughly. The men who matched my stucco on the exterior did so perfectly. All told, I would hire Pella again in a heartbeat for other doors and windows. Thanks, everyone!
