Our experience from start to finish was exceptional. Dmitry came to our home, looked at our old windows, provided us with options and then proceeded to show us a real window and how it would work once installed. We made a decision, paid our deposit and waited for our installation. On our installation date, the team arrived timely and were absolutely lovely to deal with. They respected our property and were very careful and deliberate in their work. The cohesiveness of the team really showed in that they got the job done with an ease and flow of a group that knows what to do and does it well. We adore our new windows. Each time we drive up to our home and see our new windows, we smile. Thank you, Dmitry. You've given our home a new look and a new feel. We are grateful. We are so happy that we are now going to use Deluxe again to replace our basement windows. We can't wait to see how great they look. If you need new windows, you should stop your search and go with Dmitry. He's the BEST!!!

The company, I work needed new windows and found this company, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They responded quickly, were very knowledgeable, and handled the entire process smoothly. Our facility had the original windows, 28 in total. I know it was clearly not an easy job, especially during the winter. However, Dmitry and his crew did an outstanding job. My bosses were very happy and impressed with their dedication and professionalism. We can’t thank them enough for their generous cooperation and hard work.

We had an amazing experience with Deluxe Windows from start to finish. We decided to replace our patio door and our bathroom window (glass was cracked). They came and got accurate measurements. Once the window and door was ready we set a date for installation. The overall installation was done seamlessly and everything was sealed and cleaned prior to them leaving. The difference in noise reduction and appearance was noticeable. We absolutely love the finish product and will be getting future windows replaced by them as well! I would highly recommend them for any window or patio door replacement you may need.

I recently had 5 windows installed in my home in Paterson, NJ by Deluxe Windows of Bergen County, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

After reading great reviews online, I gave Dmitry a call—and he came out the same day! The consultation was smooth, informative, and professional. Dmitry clearly explained the different window options and provided a straightforward quote, which made the decision process easy and stress-free.

On installation day, Jorge and his team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and had everything done in about 6.5 hours. The new windows look fantastic and have already made a noticeable difference in the comfort of my home. They also did a great job cleaning up and walked me through the final steps once the work was complete.

Highly recommend Deluxe Windows—professional, reliable, and great quality!

Just take a look at the before-and-after photos—they’re stunning! Even my neighbor across the street noticed and texted me about how great they look. It’s hard not to!

The installation team is knowledgeable and works seamlessly together. The insulation and vinyl covering were done with a high level of professionalism.

They managed their time efficiently and kept everything neat throughout the process. I was especially impressed by how carefully they handled the furniture and belongings. After each window was installed, they cleaned up right away to prevent dust from spreading. They also made sure to remove all the debris and garbage when the job was done.

On top of that, Dmitry’s pricing is fair, and he’s honest and transparent. I’m extremely satisfied with the entire experience.
