The property management company I worked for used Windows Plus, and I always trust their choices. I used Windows Plus 3 years ago when we broke a glass window. I asked my friends recently, and everyone recommended Windows Plus, so I just had all of my old glass windows replaced. They sent me financing options when I requested it, which is so helpful, and have a 5% senior citizen discount. Ismael was very patient with me and came out for a quote. I had lots of questions! The service men who came out were so nice and friendly. They cleaned up the work area, and taught me how to clean the windows (both top and bottom open), and the screen can be used on the bottom or top of the window. It is so nice having windows that actually open! Definitely recommend!

After many estimates, Window Plus Home was the best option. Ismael gave me personalized assistance in quality and prices of windows. He told me the pros and cons for me to be able to make the best decision. After signing the contract with them, on the day of installation, the workers were very professional, especially Miguel. Miguel demonstrated his experience and respectfulness. I was very satisfied with the work that was done with them and I highly recommend Window Plus Home to any person who is considering making an update to their windows.

Ismael gave me the lowest estimate but after seeing the reviews I hesitated. He met me at his factory and we spoke person to person. I decided to do it and do not regret it. They even came back to fix the biggest front glass that had cracked for free.

We moved into our house in late 2013 with a newly installed window with 6 panes and 6 feet tall. A few days after we moved there was a blizzard, and our new windows had condensation and ice inside of the house. It took us months before the owner came by the following spring. Initially he said since we were not the owners who had the windows installed that they are out of warranty. Who does business like this?

Anyway, a few visits and caulks here and there and most of the water/ice problems had gone away -- until a recent downpour last fall caused water to accumulate by baseboard. Note the windows are 6 feet tall and end low near the floor.

Today, I am having the windows replaced with Andersen. The Andersen installers have shown me that the cheap window HAD NO INSULATION whatsoever around them. I have pictures to prove it.

This Window Plus window deserves to be only in one place: the DUMPSTER.

I just saw this so I'm posting the picture of one of the sides of the window. I can see my neighbor through that hole!
