I built a large new house on Long Island. I had seen a friends gorgeous Kolbe Windows and she recommended HS Window and Door. The NJ showroom recommended their Long Island salesman. I purchased the same windows and sliding doors as my friend and was very impressed with the pricing and service. Strangers knock on my door to ask where I got my gorgeous windows. Because of delays during covid we broke up the order to seperate orders. The guys were always in touch giving me updates. When they received a partial order they were very helpful in sending me what I needed. Everyone is very professional and kind and patient. I would strongly recommend using their installation services unless your contractor is familiar with the window brand you select. I needed their service to make repairs to damages caused by my contractor and they could not have been more accomodating getting me the parts. I highly recommend HS Windows for quality, sales and service.

The company delivered exceptional Kolbe windows and provided incredibly responsive and professional service throughout the process.Beginning with our visit to their excellent showroom, Ted led us patiently and expertly through our choices. Ted and Bill then made site visits to insure proper sizing and style options. Every detail from style to more technical considerations was fully covered.Our windows were delivered on time and installation of the windows was expertly executed by Home Supply’s skilled and attentive install team. The install team took care of all exterior and interior molding installation, in addition to the standard installation of the windows. They did such a beautiful job!I am so happy with our results and I am quick to recommend Home Supply as frequently as possible!

John Bosquez in Customer Service was able to unearth the old purchase orders by looking up my address and arranged for a service call to help me address my needs. He and his boss Ted Hickey were both responsive and helpful.I found John unfailingly patient, responsive, gracious and professional. He was always polite and helpful as well as informative as I tried to sort through who ordered what from whom. He clearly went the extra mile on my behalf.
